Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for no less than 24-hour notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

Failure to do so may result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service.

Please note: Clients with more than two cancellations or no-shows may be asked/required to place a card on file in order to book future appointments.

This policy is enforced at the discretion of each individual team member.
